    The staff are friendly and shop is clean. However, wait times for food are frequently 50% longer than quoted, my order has been wrong more times than it should, the chips are always cooked first and therefore soggy by the time the burger is cooked, the gravy is always too thick (I've had to order separate and mix with water at home). I seem to be in the minority though, maybe I'm just unlucky!
